گفتم شما فرمانده ی لشکرید، اختیار همه ی امور را دارید. چند کپی که در راستای کارهای لشکر هم هست که دیگه شخصی حساب نمی شه. گفت: بگو چقدر می شه، بیت المال، فرمانده لشکر یا نیروی عادی نمی شناسه. از من اصرار از نگرفتن پول، از او اصرار به پرداخت. بالاخره کوتاه آمدم، پول کپی ها را داد البته دو برابر.

به بهانه ایام نهمین سالگرد شهادت سردار شهید حاج احمد کاظمی برآن شدیم تا برگی نو و روایتی متفاوت از چهار تصویری که از این شهید در ذهن فرمانده کل سپاه نقش بسته است مرور کنیم .

تصویر اول: مرحله دوم عملیات بیت المقدس است. دشمن با تمام قوا و نیرو سایه‌ی کینه انداخته است روی سر بچه ها. خط یک لحظه آرام نمی گیرد و از شدت آتش سنگین دشمن زمین به لرزش افتاده و تمامی فضا پر است از خاک و دود و بوی مشمئزکننده باروت و خون همه جا را گرفته است. نیروها چاره ای ندارند جز اینکه فشار دشمن را تحمل کنند و دم بر نیارند. قرارگاه، مقاوم ترین نیروها را برای حفظ خط انتخاب کرده است و البته احمد و تیپ ۸ نجف اشرف هم از صبورترین نیروها.
احمد با سرباندپیچی شده در خط حضور دارد و از نیروها بازدید می کند. عمق خستگی در چشم هایش هویداست. از صبح که مجروح شد هر چه اصرار کردیم به عقب برگردد حاضر نشد. اول که ترکش به صورتش اصابت کرد بیهوش شد اما یکدفعه به هوش آمد و گفت مرا به جلو برگردانید. ترکشی که میمان احمد شده خیلی عمیق است اما هیچ کس حریف احمد نیست. وقتی تصمیم به کاری می گیرد هیچ کس نمی تواند جلودارش شود بالاخره با یک نفربر که از عملیات قبلی غنیمت گرفته بود به جلو بر می گردد، به کنار نیروهایش.
تصویر دوم: در همه جا و در کلاسیک ترین ارتش های جهان، در هنگامه جنگ، فرماندهان باید چندین کیلومتر عقبتر از خط مقدم به هدایت نیروها بپردازند. اما احمد هیچ وقت خود را اسیر این اصول نکرد. هیچ وقت نخواست و نتوانست که در بحبوحه ی عملیات، دور از فرزندش باشد، چرا که با بچه ها انس و الفت خاصی داشت. نمی دانم در عملیات رمضان بوده ای یا نه؟اصلاً چیزی از آن شنیده ای؟ وضعیت خیلی نابی برای تیپ و لشکرهای عمل کننده بوجود آمده بود. لحظات به سختی می گذشت. ارتباط یگانها با یکدیگر قطع شده بود. صحنه روز عاشورا تداعی می شد. احمد در آن بحبوحه‌ی گلوله باران دشمن با یک جیپ به خط می‌رود و پانصد متر پشت خاکریز اول به زیر ماشین می رود تا بتواند در آن شرایط سخت آب و هوایی با نیروهایش صحبت کند. با اینکه در عملیات رمضان به اهداف اصلی نرسیدیم؛ اما تیپ ۸ نجف اشرف جزء نیروهایی بود که توانست از مواضع دشمن عبور کند و فاتح میدان گردد.
تصویر سوم: روز پنجم عملیات کربلای ۵ است و همگی فرماندهان درگیر عملیات هستند. در منطقه پنج ضلعی روی رودخانه پل نو است؛ و زیر پل، سنگر فرماندهی لشکر ۸ نجف.آتش دشمن آنقدر سنگین است که جای سالمی روی زمین پیدا نمی‌شود. دشمن به معنای واقعی زمین را با خمپاره شخم می زند. به همراه احمد به خط رفتیم و قرار بود در سنگر او جلسه ای انجام گیرد. شب قبل از آن نیروهای حاجی یک خاکریز مهمی آنجا زده بودند و ما برای دیدن آن به خط رفتیم. آن جا بود که یک خمپاره کنار ما به زمین خورد. خیلی ها شهید شدند و زخمی.اما الحمدالله احمد آسیبی ندید. این قضیه برای من بیشتر شبیه به معجزه بود. آنجا بود که فهمیدم احمد باید زنده بماند و گرنه چه جور می شود کسی از آغاز جنگ در جبهه حضور داشته باشد و همیشه در خط مقدم، اما آُسیب جدی نبیند. اینها همه نشانه است.
تصویر چهارم: جنگ تمام شده و همه در اوضاع نابسمان بعد از جنگ به دنبال سازندگی اند و توسعه و آرامش. اما کردستان هنوز منطقه‌ی ناامن کشور بود.ما هر سال به صورت متوسط در این منطقه دویست نفر شهید می دادیم. قضیه کردستان برای همه از جمله فرماندهی کل قوا غیرقابل تحمل شده بود. در آن سالها بنده فرمانده نیروی زمینی سپاه بودم، از یالا مرا خواستند و گفتند: باید برای کردستان یک فکر جدی کرد و آن زمان بود که بنده، احمد را پیشنهاد دادم. آقا به من گفتند پس تکلیف لشکرشان چه می شود؟ من از قبل می دانستم که آقا با اینکه کسی بیش از یک مسئولیت داشته باشد مخالف است، اما احمد استثناء بود. وقتی موضوع با احمد در میان گذاشته شد، خیلی استقبال کرد. رفت ارومیه و شد فرمانده قرارگاه حمزه سیدالشهداء(ع). آخر هفته ها هم می آمد اصفهان و به لشکر سر می زد. درباره‌ی اینکه احمد چه کارهایی در کردستان کرد؛ دیگران زیاد صحبت کرده اند. من نمی خواهم راجع به آن شجاعت ها و دلیری ها حرفی بزنم. تصویری که همیشه در ذهنم حک شده و پاک نمی شود، لبخند احمد است وقتی حکم ماموریت به ارویه را گرفت.
